Daniel McIntyre Collegiate's vocal ensemble DMCICE was in the Diamond Lane for another holiday edition of 107 LIVE! Missed it? Watch the video here!

Founded in the late 19th century, Daniel McIntyre is named after Winnipeg's first school superintendent.  DMCI has a terrific music program that includes Concert Choir, Concert Band, Jazz Band, two Jazz Choirs and Chamber Choir. The school has received many awards, including Gold Awards at Musicfest Canada, and the Earl Grey and Lieutenant Governor’s Trophies at the Winnipeg Music Festival.

Some of Daniel McIntyre's notable graduates include former Winnipeg Mayor Bill Norrie (1979 to 1992.) and Guess Who guitarist Kurt Winter.

What a great looking group! Daniel McIntyre's DMCICE jazz vocal ensemble with their music director Cynthia Wall (L) and Diamond Lane host Sarah Jo Kirsch in the back (R)
