Bridge Over Troubled Water, The Sound of Silence, The Boxer, Mrs. Robinson. I think I would be hard pressed to find anyone that doesn't know at least one of those tunes. Simon & Garfunkel were one of the most popular artists of the 1960s right alongside the Beatles and Bob Dylan. Well this weekend the sound of Simon & Garfunkel is coming the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra by way of AJ Swearingen and Jonathan Beedle. The two talented artists met by chance at a local pub in Pennsylvania and have been performing their tribute to the music of Simon & Garfunkel for more than a decade now. This is going to be a really fun concert. There are three performances. Friday night (Feb 20) and Saturday night (Feb 21) at 8:00 PM and a 2:00 PM Matinee concert Sunday afternoon (Feb 22). For tickets go HERE.
