John Novacek is a versatile, GRAMMY-nominated pianist who has performed across the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia. A lauded recitalist and in-demand soloist, he’s been heard on some of the grandest stages with the greatest of orchestras, live, over the radio, on TV and online.
A sought-after collaborator, he’s a regular on the festival circuit, performing as part of New York’s Mostly Mozart Festival, California’s Festival Mozaic, with other stints in Aspen, Cape Cod, Seattle, Toronto, Ottawa, in addition to festival performances in Switzerland, Spain, Germany, France, Japan – and now, Winnipeg as part of Agassiz Chamber Music.
In his first visit to the city, Novacek makes the most of his time at Agassiz performing in no less than 6 concerts, ranging from a Buster Keaton play along, to Babar to Brahms.
