Many researchers, as well as students have espoused the benefits of listening to music while studying. It can improve attention, memory and even your ability to do mental math--not to mention, lessen depression and anxiety.
So Classic 107 hosts are here to help, by sharing their favourite musical nuggets to study to.
We begin with Chris Wolf, host of Intermezzo (Weekdays 10 AM to 2PM). On Thursday he's devoting the whole noon hour to music you can study to.
"Libraries are a treasure trove for great study music! I used to take home LPs and record them on to tape so that I could listen to them over and over again while I studied."
