Before I beign with the music, I wanted to wish all our listeners a happy, healthy, prosperous and peaceful New Year. One day we can all learn to live together with tolerance, acceptance, joy and love, so why not start right now!

Ok, now for this weekend's music. Since it is the first show of January we will have composers born in the month of January (Mozart, Schubert, Chausson.....); A couple of beautiful and evocatove concertos; Contemporary classics (Gjeilo, Richter, Brahem....); take a trip to Norway and visit Iceland (the first country to make it illegal to pay men more than women!), BRAVO!
