Hosts Alexander Mickelthwate and James Manishen give us a preview of the 26th Winnipeg New Music Festival. Tune in for an ENCORE presentation Wednesday night @ midnight following Jazz After 9.

This week the WSO looks back at past New Music Festival participants with muisic by Glen Buhr and John Estacio.

Turkish composer Fazil Say's major work for extra large orchestra Symphony No. 2 Mesopotamia will be featured on night 7 of the festival - the New WorldPlus music by some of this year's featured festival composers - Fazil Say and Christos Hatzis.

Alexander and James will also have interviews with Winnipeg architect Sotirios Kotoulas who'll be hosting a pre-concert panel - Latent Histories and Ghosts of Winnipeg - on night 4 of the festival.

And Winnipeg singer/songwriter Keri Latimer who'll be playing the theramin during the festival.
