Get in the spring mood with some uplifting classics, ballet music, percussion and more. Details here:

It's the first official show of spring! I can feel the energy shifting with the solstice, the sun setting later in the day, people shedding a few layers of coats, leaving the hats and gloves in the closet and even rolling down their car windows to let in the fresh air! So, if you are in the mood, roll that window down and turn up the volume, because I have lined-up some uplifting music,

like The Barber of Seville:

Percussion does not get a fair shake in the classical world, so I will focus on some great pieces of music that feature it:

Ballet music always hits the spot, some Stravinsky, Drigo, Minkus and Tchaikovsky:

I will also feature an hour of traditional music, American composers and more.

So, tune into The Wide World of Classical Music, every Saturday noon - 6:00pm. Brought to you by Bonaventure Travel.
