There are more than 1,000 active COVID-19 cases in Manitoba.

There are 102 new COVID-19 cases in Manitoba, bringing the total number of cases to 62,332. There are now 1,007 active cases.

Out of Tuesday's new cases, 63 people are not vaccinated, 28 are fully vaccinated, and 11 are partially vaccinated. 

New cases by region include:

  • 34 in Northern
  • 32 in Southern
  • 18 in Winnipeg
  • 11 in Interlake-Eastern
  • seven in Prairie Mountain

 

Manitoba's five-day test rate is 3.3 per cent.

 

Hospitalizations

There are 92 people in the hospital with COVID-19, with 56 of those cases being active. Forty-two of the active cases are people who are not vaccinated, 11 are fully vaccinated, and three are partially vaccinated. 

There are 14 people in the intensive with COVID-19, with 10 of those cases being active. Seven people with active cases are not vaccinated and three are fully vaccinated.

The number of deaths is now 1,234 people.
