The Winnipeg Police Service and several emergency vehicles are blocking traffic lanes on St. Anne's Road Friday morning. A fire truck and ambulance can be seen on St. Anne's Road near Fernwood, and several police vehicles are on the road and in the parking lot of an apartment building. The WPS has not released any info at this time, and while the road is open they say that emergency vehicles can be occupying lanes throughout the morning. The WPS is asking motorists to avoid the area.
