Mathieu Lussier is a keen conductor, versatile musician and respected composer. As associate conductor of Les Violons du Roy, Lussier has led the orchestra in numerous programs both in Quebec, and on tour in greater Canada, the United States and Mexico. He has appeared as a bassoon soloist throughout North America and Europe, energetically and passionately promoting both modern and baroque bassoon. Mathieu Lussier is also a respected composer, with a catalogue of over 40 titles heard regularly in the concert halls of North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

On Tuesday, November 6th, the internationally renowned Canadian soprano Karina Gauvin joins Mathieu Lussier and the Manitoba Chamber Orchestra in a concert featuring arias of Mozart, a concerto by Vivaldi and compositions by Mathieu Lussier. For more information, visit:
