The Winnipeg International Classical Guitar Society launches their FRETS ALIVE! concert series Saturday night with Trio Déz (Nolan Powell, Scott Butler & Liam Stubson). This year FRETS ALIVE! will feature 13 local guitarists in four different concerts showcasing Manitoba's guitar community.
Saturday night's concert will feature Trio Déz performing works by Ravel, Hindemith and Pujol. Also on the bill--guitar duo Alexandros Tyborowski and Nick Miller doing some Piazolla, Pasieczny and more.
